Tomato(medium)-5 nos Riped
Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tbsp
Red chilly powder – 3 tbsp or as reqd
Salt- As reqd
1)Heat oil in a deep fry pan
2) Add ginger-garlic paste to it.
3) Add washed whole tomatoes (or cut
them into 4 pieces) to it and fry for 2mins.
4)Keep covered on medium flame for 10-
5) After tomatoes are half cooked, mash
them lightly with spoon.
6)Cover it again with a lid for 5 mins.
7)After tomatoes are finely cooked, add
turmeric powder, coriander powder and
chilly powder to it, mix and cover it for 5
8) Add salt to it and let it be for 2 mins
9)Switch off the flame
Serve with rice, rotis or snacks like idli,
