Achappam – Easy to Make

Ingredients

Rice flour- 3 cups
Egg-1 no
Sesame seeds(Ellu) -2 tbsp
Water

Sugar- As reqd

Procedure

1) Mix all the above ingredients into thin
paste (like dosa mavu).

2) Place Achu intoa deep vessel
containing oil.

3) Allow the oil to heat.

4)Remove the hot achu and dip it half
way into the paste.

5) Now place the battered achu into the

hot oil.

6)Slowly shake the achu to separate
achappam from achu into the oil.

7)Remove achappam once it reaches
golden color.
