Andhra Style Peanut Chutney

Ingredients

Peanuts-1 cup
Garlic-2 whole pods
(approx. 1 cup peeled)
Green chillies – 8 nos
Salt-As reqd
Oil-1 1/2 tsp

Procedure

1)Heat 1 tsp of oil in a pan or kadai

2) Fry the peanuts till cooked.

3)Remove the peanut from kadai and
keep it aside.

4) Add the remaining oil.

5) Add the garlic and fry for 2 mins

6) Add the green chillies and fry.

7)Fry till chillies and garlic are cooked

Do not burn them.

8)Grind coarsely everything together
along with salt

Serve with chappathis

Green chillies can be adjusted
according to taste
